Shacara West

Shacara West, native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an internationally acclaimed professional singer and American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA) Certified Holistic Nutritionist. As a two-time graduate of Howard University, she has served five consecutive years as a jazz voice instructor in the Howard University Department of Music. She is also founder and CEO of B Natural Health and Wellness, coaching people to better health both privately, by blogging, and through her inspirational posts on social media. She is a believer, wife, and mother of two, whose goal is to help guide as many people as possible to complete health and wellness through natural approaches like music, food, skin care, and fitness.
