Jessica Sammarone

Jessica Sammarone is a music educator, director, and private vocal instructor from Pittsburgh, PA who is currently obtaining her Bachelor of Music Education degree with an emphasis in Vocal Pedagogy from Baldwin Wallace University. Jessica co-founded BW’s American Choral Director’s Association sponsored A Cappella Festival which annually brings together a cappella ensembles and clinicians from the greater Cleveland area for a weekend of masterclasses, performances, and community building. Jessica has formerly served as the director of SŌL A Cappella (coed) and co-founder/vocal percussionist for Fem Valore A Cappella (treble).

Additionally, she has served as the co-director for FReestyle A Cappella Camp held at Franklin Regional High School with award-winning a cappella producer and arranger: Brianne Holland. In 2018, Jessica received the Best Arrangement Set Award at the Wapakoneta High School International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella Quarterfinal (ICCA’s) and continues to arrange for ensembles across the greater Ohio area. She is looking forward to meeting the many a cappella enthusiasts that venture to A Cappella Camp this summer!
